The traditional team model is going through tremendous stress right now.

I've been a real estate agent in Phoenix for 20 years, and have sold 1,500+ homes - trust me, I have seen and done it all.

I now keep 96% of the profit myself, without driving around for clients. I was on vacation on the other side of the world and made $14,575 in buyer commission.

Not bad.

How?

- I generate bottom-of-the-funnel leads from 3rd party lead providers and my database

- I have a VA follow-up with them to schedule Zoom appointments with me

- I get the agency contract signed up Zoom (with 3 options for the client)

- I contract out the showing to a licensed runner on the ground at a flat fee per house

The same model works with listings, too - the modern buyer or seller wants an expert consultant to deliver certainty (which can all be done on Zoom), and you just need a licensed runner on the ground with VA support for everything else. This is the new model for real estate agents.

This is how I brought $800,000 to the bottom line last year working from home and raising 5 kids (and happily married!).
