What to expect in 2025

Happy New Year!

I want to give you an update on what to expect at Vyral Marketing now in 2025.

Last year, we spent the year improving our product quality. Our top 10 client examples are posted on our website now, front and center: www.getvyral.com/examples

Here's what you'll see improved in 2025; all already included in your monthly implementation fee: https://www.getvyral.com/implementation

1. Shorts/Reels - After you record your two Q&A longer-form YouTube videos with us, you'll now shoot (2) less than 60-second reels on the same monthly video shoot. We'll post them to your YouTube as shorts. We can also extract the reels from your current videos, but it's generally not optimal. This will help you get found online.

2. Video Postcard - You'll get an invite to your Google Sheet for your monthly postcard USPS mailing list. Please put about 150-300 people on this list - these are your top contacts who are very likely to hire you or refer you. We'll send you the artwork and mailing list a month, with your approval to mail. Postcards cost about $1 each; at cost. A digital-only strategy has its limits.

3. Retargeting - you'll get a Facebook ad preview link once a month with a retargeting video for your CRM database, website visitors, and people who have interacted with your social media pages within 180 days. We recommend $30 a month ($1 a day) on this ad spend; at cost. These are the most engaged people in your world, let's make sure they see you.

4. Podcast - all your YouTube videos will now syndicate to an Apple Podcast. You can now invite anyone to be on your "podcast." They can join you on your monthly video shoot with us on Riverside.fm (just like a Zoom meeting). 5. CRM Sync—we'll help you set up Zapier or RealSynch so that when you update or add a contact in your CRM, it pushes right over to our email marketing program and your Facebook custom audience for retargeting. This middleware integration is intricate, but when set up, it ensures that your most important contacts get your marketing immediately.

6. 3 Emails a Month - we have to make sure 3 emails a month get out; ideally, 2 helpful Q&A videos a month and 1 lead-generation email. If, for some reason, you don't get your videos to us, we'll proactively put something together to get out and update to social media. This is the core of our Vyral Marketing plan to get more business from your database.

Those are the extra things we'll improve together in 2025. Again, please review what you get as a client for your one-time 30-day build fee and monthly implementation fee. I'll make sure you're doing all of it—and doing it well—so you get more high-quality appointments from your database this year. Here's a new review from Mark on how all this increased his income:
