I met Cliff back in the NAEA days with Jay Kinder and Michael Reese. Cliff made the smart move to get involved with eXp Realty early, found his 6 key people to build his organization, and it grew quickly from there (which is an understatement).
Cliff is also now involved with CommLoan, which recruits commercial LOs to a similar revenue-sharing model and provides a platform for lenders who want the commercial loan business.
No one has stepped up yet to organize the Commercial Loan Originator space entrepreneurs like what happened in the residential real estate industry throughout the 2010's. Cliff was front and center of that movement.
We have a list of about 3,500 commercial loan officers, and to get their attention and build a relationship, he's starting a Commercial Loan Officer Training Video Blog & Newsletter to "help experienced commercial mortgage loan originators exponentially grow their business with an exit strategy that provides generational wealth as well as financial, time, and location freedom."
It all leads to a Free Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Business Assessment, which will help them write a business plan and ultimately join CommLoan to execute it. I'm sure there will be plenty of masterminds in Aspen and Cabo along the way.
We're building out www.CommercialLenderTraining.com right now, You can sign up for his business training videos at that link shortly (https://signup.e2ma.net/signup/1940047/1928714/). The plan is to interview the originators doing well, since we need more experience in the space. That's how I got my start in real estate!
Cliff is now upgrading his video setup on www.Elgato.com. He will conduct the interviews on www.Riverside.fm. We'll handle editing, optimizing, and promoting them for a positive response, and ultimately, lots of qualified recruiting appointments.
Welcome aboard you two!
