"How can I hire someone to book meetings for me?"
 
I want to share a resource with you about this...

Our best clients have dedicated appointment setters (e.g., ISAs) who call the relationships in their database to set discovery phone calls.

Ideally these are the people watching your videos and opting into your landing pages from your database on our marketing plan.

I recommend $5 an hour plus $10 per appointment met, paid bi-monthly via Wise, working Tuesday - Saturday 12 pm - 8 pm using Google Workplace and Zoom Phone with Number Verifier hired anywhere with a neutral American accent.

The phone and email script is simple (adjusted for your industry):

"John with ABC Realty here in Omaha asked me to call and see if you'd like to talk to him about planning your next move if you're thinking about buying or selling. He wanted to let you know interest rates have dropped, affecting the market. Would you like me to have him call you back for a home buying or selling strategy call, or can I schedule a meeting time for you two?"

I ask they make 50-70 attempts a day, of which about 15% will respond and, depending on the list, a few people a week will say "yes". You'll want to meet with your caller for a daily huddle to review their calls and email/text responses and to update their script playbook to handle anything people throw at them.

I tell our clients this is the best extra $800 a month in labor they can spend. You'll get 160 hours a month of direct phone and email reach-out to the people recently engaging with your content to book meetings.

Dave Zajdzinski runs an advanced version of this with us, keeping most of the commission in his real estate business to himself without traditional team agents.
