Here’s what the postcard looks like:
We take your top-performing video (or your current one), put it on the front with a QR code, and then write a call to action on the back.
We’ll send you the artwork to approve in Canva.You’ll enter the addresses of your warmest leads and top referral sources into a shared Google spreadsheet. I suggest about 150 names to start.
We’ll upload the artwork and your mailing list to iTiDirectMail. We'll place the order on your card on file. It’s about $1 a postcard at lower volumes. It’s like sending an email, but more expensive.
A digital-only strategy has its limits. Don't depend on email and “social media” to reach your most valuable contacts, especially homeowners.

There isn't a “do not mail” list in America, and youu don’t need consent to send mail to anyone in the USA. It's free to receive mail. The post office effectively owns the mailbox. Also, given that most sellers are 55+ and still check their mail daily, there’s gold there.
