4. We’ll email you a pre-filled consulting agreement to e-sign
5. We’ll pay you on retainer right away by ACH or check via Bill.com
6. Schedule the call with a manager within 30 days

Here's the plan for our call:

Just think of a few peers who would make great clients. You'll message them on our call to ask their permission to refer them. When they give you their consent for us to call, we'll follow up to schedule a free strategy call without any pressure to hire us.

Our ideal clients earn $500k+ a year in revenue in these industries, have a few staff members on payroll, and have a strong track record of success.

Why is our referral program structured this way?

Since 2009, we’ve spent a small fortune on inefficient travel and ineffective advertising to meet new clients. We would rather give this money to you. And yes, you deserve to get paid - because let's face it - making a quality peer referral is work. 

Clients also asked us for a better arrangement than paying referral fees on specific sign-ups that require detailed tracking, waiting until people pay, and putting the client on the spot to name a sponsor (who may not be you).

It's easier to buy your time, not the result. We take the risk, not you.

We will pay you at least $150 an hour, at a minimum. The most commonly requested rate is $300 an hour. We're happy to pay higher rates, too, especially with a track record. Please pick an hourly rate that excites you to help us grow. 

The bottom line is that this is our way of giving our marketing dollars back to you for your help growing our business.  If you're interested in the referral program, please email Charles Garcia your hourly rate.
