Featured Work: Jacqueline Smith

Jacqueline Smith, PLACE operator and owner of the #1 real estate agent team in Southwest Washington, needed a better way to stay in touch (and earn the trust of) ideal recruits for her team. Her goal is to recruit 2 productive agents a month. Starting with a local list of agents she's worked with, applicants from Recruiter.ai (job boards), and a cold MLS list of agents doing 2-8 deals a year, she put them all on a 36-touch recruiting marketing plan with us to build her name a local leader who can help agents make more money. "This has made it so much easier to reach my recruiting goals when they are pre-sold on me," she says. "I invited my home inspector to participate in the agent exposure to lower my expense, too."

Here's how we helped Jacqueline build her real estate team...

We started by building her a branded agent recruiting and training website, with the primary call to action to partner with her team, along with her value propositions, agent success stories, biography, additional calls to action, and helpful agent training videos.

To announce her new agent training, we sent this initial reconnect email out to all the agents she's met. She built her warm agent email list in Brevity CRM by reviewing her mobile phone contacts, Facebook friend list, Facebook groups, past broker records, Zillow agent finder, and Google contact list. Her agent list syncs with her agent email list with a Zapier integration.

Jacqueline also cold-calls agents selling 2-8 homes a year on the MLS and anyone who applies on the job boards for a position on her team with an invite to get her free real estate agent training videos. When they say "yes," she adds them to her agent mailing list with their permission. These videos complement her auto plans (email autoresponders) for recruiting from her CRM.

We interview Jacqueline on her mobile phone once a month and then send out two educational videos by email per month, answering the same business questions agents on her team ask. We also provide her with a suggested annual content plan for real estate agent recruiting topics.

When her prospects click on the video, they are redirected to her branded agent training site to watch. This is how agents get to know and trust Jacqueline at scale while communicating the problem she solves for struggling agents.

We also upload her videos to her YouTube Channel, optimized to get found, with a complementary YouTube short to help strangers find her online. Keywords are "Vancouver WA real estate agent training," "Vancouver WA real estate agent tips," or "Vancouver WA real estate agent career."

We also update all her organic social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, GoogleMyBusiness, and Instagram) under her brand name.

We also boost her videos with $1-2/day in retargeting ads to all the people who visit her website, interact with her on Facebook, and watch her videos. We also add anyone who works for a local real estate broker (or calls themselves a real estate agent) in Vancouver, WA. This way, we can reach a few thousand additional agents.

Her videos are also pushed to her "Jacqueline Smith Leadership Podcast" so agents can subscribe with notifications.

Jacqueline also has a list of 150 key recruits in the pipeline who are highly likely to switch their license identified by past conversations, AI, and other predictive scores. For them, we send out a postcard with a QR code to make sure they see and watch her videos.

A few days after a video goes out, we send her the names of all the people who click through to watch her videos so she, or an appointment setter, can reach out to invite them to her next in-office event or a free business strategy call. This inevitably leads to a recruiting discussion.

In addition to all this, we also send out a monthly lead-generation email. These are designed to spike response, offering an item of value in return for contact information. Jacqueline, or her appointment setter, follows up with everyone who registers.
