Here's an email I received from a client not seeing the results they want. They hired a full-time video person.
I have permission to share the email with you...
It’s a question I get often...
"Should I keep spending energy and resources on more/better videos and social media content, or put those resources someplace else to get listings?"
I got on a call with him to discuss the answer which I have permission to share with you.

In short, there’s an early point of marginal diminishing returns with social media and video content.
It’s all about just making a few pieces of good content a month and then putting retargeting money behind them for more reach/frequency (instead of making more), if you want.
The focus is lead generation, not being an influencer.
You can shoot everything you need on your phone to keep your costs down and put your resources into promotion instead.
Case in point, we no longer ship webcams to clients.
We now send you a selfie stick/tripod since the quality is so much better on your phone (and it’s easy to change the location).
We then direct you to shoot the videos in real-time on Riverside.
We also talk about the Guaranteed Offer system and how to convert a lead when a homeowner responds to your message you have a buyer for their home.
I think you'll find the call recording helpful.
Enjoy the call.
