Here's what we implemented for him...
We first built him an agent training video blog with his primary call to action to schedule a meeting to move your license.
We also put all the benefits of joining LPT Realty on the website, with plenty of success stories and additional ways to get involved with Andrew (sign up for his newsletter, join his team, etc).
We then cleaned up his existing agent contact list and sent them all this initial reconnect email message since this is the first time in a while many of his peers have heard from him.
Andrew also talks to peers in his industry every day. He offers everyone a free subscription to his training e-newsletter. He adds them to his list with their permission.
All of the real estate agents on his nurture plan get two educational videos a month answering a business question.
When clicked, it takes the viewer back to his agent training blog to watch. All of his LPT Realty value propositions, success stories, and calls to action are on the page, too.
His videos are also posted on all his social media, along with a few dollars a day of paid Facebook/Instagram retargeting to his website visitors and his agent email list
He also has 150 very important agents on his contact list. He does not leave it up to email and social media to deliver his message. For these people, we send them this extra monthly video postcard.
When the videos go out to his agent email list, we provide him with a list of all the people watching it so he can prioritize his appointment setting.
To spike response each month, we send out an offer for immediate response. This is an item of value behind a landing page.
